📋 Description

• ROLE: Purchasing & Estimating Administrator • RATE: UP TO $1500/mo • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing & Estimating Administrator with a strong background in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon or Shopify platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, preparing estimates for product sourcing, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure seamless operations. You will work closely with suppliers, analyze costs, and support our sales team with accurate product estimates. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and e-commerce experience are essential for success in this role. • Key Responsibilities: • Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms in alignment with e-commerce strategies. • Prepare accurate cost estimates for products listed on Amazon or Shopify. • Analyze purchasing data to inform strategic sourcing and inventory management decisions. • Ensure timely ordering of materials and products to meet e-commerce sales demands. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align estimates with promotional strategies. • Maintain organized records of purchasing transactions and product cost estimates. • Assist in developing and implementing best practices for purchasing within the e-commerce context.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in purchasing and estimating, preferably in an e-commerce setting. • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar platforms. • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with a focus on cost analysis. • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities to engage with suppliers effectively. • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • A degree in business, supply chain management, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
