• ActiveProspect is the SaaS platform on a mission to make consent-based marketing the most scalable, efficient, and safest method for customer acquisition. • Seeking an experienced Head of Growth to drive strategy and execution across the Growth product portfolio with a focus on acquisition, activation, monetization, retention, and overall growth of self-service revenue and managed revenue pipeline. • Lead and grow a high-performing growth team ensuring efficient processes that help drive velocity, quality, and predictability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building a growth engine for self-service SaaS offerings • Well-versed in Product Lead Growth (PLG) strategies and optimization • Prior experience leading a product team • Strong Experience with pricing & packaging • Validated results in growth strategy implementation, strategic planning, and sophisticated financial analysis • Effective and mature communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions • Strategic problem solver who is an effective influencer with a high degree of business acumen • Demonstrated excellence in growth, strategy, go-to-market, operations, and technology • Data-driven mindset and prior experience regularly analyzing partner ROI and performance • Experience identifying target audiences, working with customer segmentation and personalization, and creating campaign strategies to effectively reach the desired segments
