Description
• As a Senior Accountant CPA, you’ll be the go-to expert on complex accounting questions. • Work with the Accounting team, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure compliance. • Directly impact the company’s financial health and drive growth. • Lead implementation and compliance with complex accounting standards in a SaaS environment. • Own the process for proper treatment of contracts and variable consideration. • Evaluate Goodwill for impairment and assist with audit schedules. • Support all areas of accounting and develop policies and procedures. • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes. • Partner with external auditors and prepare technical accounting memos. • Tackle special projects, including system improvements and process enhancements.
Requirements
• CPA required. • 5-7 years of accounting experience in a SaaS or technology company. • Deep knowledge of US GAAP, especially ASC 606 and ASC 842. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex accounting issues clearly.
