• About Synapticure • As a patient and caregiver-founded company, Synapticure provides instant access to expert neurologists, cutting-edge treatments and trials, and wraparound care coordination and behavioral health support in all 50 states through a virtual care platform. • Partnering with providers and health plans, including CMS' new GUIDE dementia care model, Synapticure is dedicated to transforming the lives of millions of individuals and their families living with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and ALS. • The Role • Managing day-to-day booking and cash flow across multiple entities, including cross-entity staffing and related payments. • It requires conducting periodic audits, generating audit reports, and reconciling accounts receivable while assisting the Revenue Cycle Manager with medical billing and claims audits. • The position supports budget development and investor funding narratives as directed by the CFO and develops and maintains closeout procedures and reports. • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
• Well organized, self-starter who is interested in fast growing companies with room for growth and leadership • Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Knowledge of statutory accounting principles • Supervisory experience • Experience with intercompany accounting and healthcare services - preferred not required • Background in credentialing, commercial billing, or insurance -preferred not required
