Description

• ActiveProspect is seeking a Sr. Sales Director for our Insurance vertical. • Responsible for all aspects of growing specific categories within the vertical including sales, partnerships, marketing, and events. • Own all new customer development activities and quota achievement. • Define and execute various sales strategies for prospects and the market. • Network and talk to prospects to improve your understanding of the landscape. • Track various industry trade shows and select appropriate events to attend. • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in the industry. • Work closely with client success team for proper onboarding and retention of new customers. • Act as an ambassador for the company and its technology.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of complex enterprise SaaS Insurance lead generation space selling experience • Ability to take a Vertical from having customers to growing it into a key market for the organization • Consistent achievement of enterprise sales quota • Experience managing enterprise sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting • Strong ability to communicate value propositioning for complex enterprise SaaS technology • Positive attitude • Flexibility in day-to-day work • Initiative for learning by seeking out answers to daily technical challenges • High standards of performance for oneself • Good working relationships with team members • Appreciate each team member's contributions and values each individual member • Ability to work quickly and patiently as part of a small team growing rapidly • Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-motivated and can-do mentality • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
