• Responsible for prospecting, quoting, and selling BBS products • Develop and maintain new Dealer relationships • Grow sales to meet annual sales quotas • Manage and develop assigned territory to support and grow business • Committed to managing all prospecting, sales, and customer service activities • Negotiate sales of shower, bath units, and accessories • Develops a comprehensive understanding of products and solutions

Requirements

• Must live in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, or Wisconsin • Exceptional product knowledge • Territory knowledge for remodeling, construction networking, bathing building codes, and compliancy • Outgoing rapport building style • Skilled prospector, lead qualifier, and relationship builder • Thorough working knowledge of sales practices/procedures • Extensive knowledge in business and technical writing • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must develop working knowledge of Aging in Place concepts and ADA regulations • Must have presentation and organizational/time management skills • Proven customer service and public speaking skills • Detailed oriented and good listening skills • Demonstrated maturity and professionalism • Knowledge and basic skills in MS office software • Excellent phone etiquette • Make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality • Analyze sales and procedural problems
