Description

• The Regional Channel Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing and inspiring channel partners in his/her region to market and sell Ooma’s line of VoIP services to include AirDial (Ooma’s All-In-One POTS Replacement solution) as well as specialized Hospitality practice • This person will build relationships at all levels of a multi-tiered channel, helping varying types of channel partners optimize for Ooma’s solutions and assisting partner’s field resources in closing business

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in indirect sales models and Channel • Strong technical knowledge of VoIP, POTS, SIP, MS Teams, Internet Connectivity • Proven understanding and success in sales deployment strategies to maximize results with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets • Experience driving successful results with varying types of channel partners • Ability to effectively communicate Ooma’s value proposition to employees, partners and customers • Passionate about participating in a culture of accountability, transparency, personal fulfillment and fun in the pursuit of exceeding Ooma’s sales targets • Fanatic support to prospect, customer and partner community • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred) • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
