•To help drive ActiveState’s next stage of growth of our SaaS platform, we are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. •This position can be based out of our headquarters in beautiful Vancouver, BC, or from home anywhere in North America. •If you are fired-up about marketing, sales, and finance and implementing technology that positively impacts the lead-to-cash process, then we want to hear from you. •Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will assist the marketing, sales, and finance teams in developing our Sales and Marketing Tech Stack to streamline our sales and marketing process, optimize our customer journey, and have visibility into our critical growth metrics. •You will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining predefined and new tools to support the commercial operations at ActiveState, ensuring the implementation of best practices within the tools, troubleshooting issues, and recommending features we should implement so we’re continuously raising the bar on how technology can help us market and sell better.
•2+ years of marketing and sales operations experience in a high-growth startup environment or equivalent environment •Admin-level expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Google Analytics, Heap, and Excel •Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver on time and with high quality •Data-driven, intellectually curious, and numerically inclined •Ability to translate stakeholder needs into a plan and communicate clearly and effectively across teams on deliverable dates, blockers, and progress •Ability to communicate priorities and plans clearly and concisely across departments and with senior management •Experience working in a SaaS, software, or subscription business •Strong organizational skills, process management, and client-facing abilities •SFDC certification •Hubspot certification •Experience with enrichment tools like Clearbit and 6Sense, visualization tools like Tableau, and financial systems like Sage Intacct and Spiff commission software
