Description

• As a Senior Insurance Account Manager, aid in Acturis’ expansion within the Canadian market • Promote system functionality to new and existing customers • Engage with customers through face-to-face and virtual meetings • Set joint goals and action plans with customers • Promote uptake of new or additional services to customers • Deal effectively with customer escalations and credit control issues • Maintain high level of system knowledge and awareness of new developments • Attend industry events representing Acturis professionally • Assist Sales team with onsite support for new customers and broker acquisitions • Manage existing customer contracts, host webinars and in-person events to deliver tips and promote new features

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing economics or other related discipline preferred • At least five years' of experience in the general insurance industry and processes • Demonstrated interest in and experience of using IT and software • Client focused with ability to build relationships with customers • Confident and eager to take responsibility • Proactively able to manage their workload and meeting schedule • Outstanding communication skills and patience when explaining processes to a diverse audience • Highly organised and self-motivated with a “can do” attitude • Logical approach to providing multiple solutions to client issues • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to functionality changes and new concepts • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs and Jira • Prepared to travel to provide on-site training across Canada • Based in the Greater Toronto area with access to downtown and Toronto airports • Full clean valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
