📋 Description
• Serves as the initial contact for our sales agencies to assist with products, systems and solutions issues. • Takes ownership for assuring that issues are resolved timely and effectively for the customer directly and involving partners in the company for an effective resolution. • This position is first and foremost a key frontline service element of Acuity Brands, with emphasis on customer satisfaction, responsiveness, fiscal responsibility, commercial sensitivity and timeliness. • Learns products and processes pertaining to the Warranty Services standard work and product playbooks. • Document field labor claims and replacement fixture or parts data. • Learning to utilize LEAN tools to improve processes, communication and resolutions for Acuity Brands products, systems and solutions to drive improved customer satisfaction and a reduction of quality costs.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service field • Computer competence and familiarity Microsoft Office programs • Bilingual English / Spanish
