Description
• AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. • Looking for a Controller to lead our accounting and finance operations. • Own the monthly close process for timely financial reporting. • Play a critical part in our annual planning and budgeting process. • Help improve our cash conversion cycle by optimizing accounts receivable and accounts payable operations. • You’ll be our first pure finance leadership hire.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA strongly preferred). • 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with prior experience as a Controller or senior finance leader in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS environment. • Strong knowledge of GAAP, including experience with RevRec (ASC 606) and stock-based compensation accounting. • Proven experience with audit preparation and tax compliance. • Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Excel. • Experience in partnering with FP&A on budgeting and cash forecasting initiatives. • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
