β’ Bachelors degree from a 4-year university in Finance, Accounting, or Economics β’ 4-6+ years of experience in accounting β’ CPA strongly preferred β’ You are highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets β’ Familiarity with key financial tools like Quickbooks and Bill.com β’ You have a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on process, ensuring consistently high levels of accuracy and quality in your work β’ Data driven mindset with the ability to understand, analyze, and derive insights from data β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and a strong bias for action β’ You are naturally curious and enjoy taking on new challenges
