• The Acxiom Associate Campaign Insights Analyst collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and measure email campaigns. • The analyst must understand client business and marketing objectives, testing strategies, campaign requirements, prospect & customer offers, creative messaging, audience segmentation, and historic campaign performance. • Under the guidance of the Senior Campaign Insights Analyst, the candidate will also be responsible for reviewing segmentation requirements, including campaign splits and creative versions. • Analyze engagement and attribution reports, providing insights and recommendations on audience performance and testing. • Create content for monthly and quarterly business reviews and handle ad-hoc requests while driving operational improvements. • Deliver quality, on-time work with attention to detail while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • Email campaign and acquisition strategy experience. • Proven experience and proficiency in SQL, Oracle, MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint etc.). • Experience with Visualization Tools, such as Tableau. • Problem solving mentality with the ability to work independently and within a team. • Strong communication skills and analytical skills. • Understanding of data modeling, business analytics/intelligence, data science. • Multi-channel marketing a plus. • Experience with File Sharing Platforms, such as SharePoint. • Knowledge of Acxiom products and services a plus. • Telecom experience preferred.
