• Handle complex incident detection/situations • Provide guidance/coaching to Sr. Associate and Specialist level analysts • Run various diagnostics to determine validity of errors received • Document all dialog during a Rapid Response call • Communicate regularly with all levels of leadership

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 2 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Strong experience with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint • Attention to detail • Ability to collaborate and communicate across the team up to management
