Description

• Analyze business processes within the organization. • Identify issues and/or opportunities for improvement. • Serve as liaison between business and technical teams. • Create and maintain business process models and data flows. • Collaborate with teams to document requirements and define scope of work. • Assist with project management for selected projects. • Analyze process issues and recommend improvements. • Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories. • Identify automation opportunities. • Construct and present workflow charts and diagrams. • Develop and maintain reporting tools. • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling. • Collaborate with Product Manager on roadmap planning and prioritization. • Perform user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Computer Science or related field. • 2+ years of experience designing and executing comprehensive business requirements preferred. • Insurance experience with Finance/Billing or Product/Policy processing is preferred. • Proficiency in requirements management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. to capture, document, track and manage requirements. • Basic SQL skills for data analysis and manipulation. • Experience with MS PowerPoint, Visio, Azure DevOps(ADO), and SharePoint preferred. • Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. for data insights, modelling and visualization. • Experience with functional and regression testing tools for user acceptance. • Strong relationship management, interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. • Experience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologies. • Knowledge of Agile management tools to effectively collaborate with development teams, facilitate sprint planning, and participate in Agile ceremonies. • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
