• Own the processing of sales commissions • Upkeep sales data daily • Diagnose problems in data and automate fixing • Create reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce.com power user, or similar CRM. • Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platform, with the ability to build reports and dashboards. • Strong Excel skills. • Experience with Sales or CX commission/bonus compensation models and payment calculations. • Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working for a SaaS company is considered an asset.
