• 5+ years of experience in financial services, with expertise in FinTech deployment, sales engineering, solutions architecture, product management, or financial platforms. • Experience working at SaaS companies in roles such as deployments, product, or engineering, interested in transitioning to sales. • Strong knowledge of modern software architecture and financial concepts. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, processes, and deliverables simultaneously. • Skilled at handling complex projects and fostering relationships with clients and internal teams. • Willingness and ability to travel as needed (approximately 25% for in-office roles, 35% for remote roles). • Familiarity with database concepts, cloud infrastructure, security, SQL, Python, and APIs is a strong advantage. • Bachelor’s degree preferred (background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is a plus).
