Description

• Workday configurations. Gather and analyze business requirements, recommending improvements to existing processes. • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business needs. • Develop and maintain user documentation, including process maps, system configurations, test plans, and user guide documentation. • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for systems. • Build and deliver reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM (including Compensation, Security, Business Processes, Reporting and Dashboards) • Experience in at least one or more of the additional modules (Benefits, Absence, Peakon) is required • Project management experience, very comfortable working with all levels of an organization • Proficient in written communication, capable of creating user documentation efficiently • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
