Description

• Responsible for defining and implementing processes and procedures for IT Management • Manage devices, access control, and enterprise networks • Work directly with Security and Engineering teams • Coordinate with teams to improve current practices • Enhance and strengthen security controls and best practices • Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of information systems • Deliver first-class customer service for all IT interactions • Troubleshoot tier 2 IT requests across the organization • Mentor junior team members • Support SaaS application infrastructure • Manage on/offboarding process of employees • Monitor networks and systems for security vulnerabilities • Implement security standard methodologies

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in systems, networking, or security administration • Enthusiastic self-starter with strong problem-solving skills • Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment • Wide breadth of knowledge in technical disciplines • Ability to become a domain specialist • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Strong MacOS and Windows skills required • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors • Strong general troubleshooting skills
