📋 Description

• Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with and support overall business objectives\n• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly execute marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with broader company goals\n• Product Launches and Feature Awareness: Lead marketing efforts for new product and feature launches, driving awareness and engagement among target audiences\n• Lead Generation Strategies: Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to attract, engage, and nurture prospective customers across multiple channels\n• Content Creation: Produce original, high-quality content including blog posts, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts to engage and inform our audiences\n• Email Marketing: Create and manage compelling email campaigns, including drafting content, conducting quality checks, managing contact lists, and executing campaign launches\n• Event Planning and Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events targeted at various audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, specifically in financial services or Fintech and/or worked at a tech startup\n• Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn, Webflow) and project management software\n• Familiar with lead generation tactics and sales enablement strategies\n• Thrive in a fast-paced environment\n• Extremely detail oriented\n• Strong executor with excellent writing skills\n• Creative and solutions-oriented\n• Comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines, pivoting quickly, and building new processes\n• Have a hustle mindset and are down to tackle any challenge
