Requirements

• Proven Leadership: 7–10+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams, consistently exceeding targets. • SaaS Expertise: A track record of success selling complex SaaS solutions, ideally in digital marketing, customer experience, or related fields. • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Brazil’s business landscape, including how to navigate long-term enterprise sales cycles across key verticals. • Executive Engagement: Ability to build and nurture relationships with senior executives in marketing, IT, and creative fields. • Visionary Leadership: Empathy, high EQ, and a clear plan for building and inspiring successful teams. • Cultural Fluency: English fluency is required for collaborating with global teams. • Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in cross-functional environments, working with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to achieve shared goals. • Energy and Passion: Bring a positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to inspire those around you.
