• Serve as subject matter expert in national and state-level child welfare data related to Diligent Recruitment Plans • Provide technical assistance to states, tribes, and territories using data to develop and assess outcomes related to DR plans • Analyze and process NCDR data for reports and dashboards • Develop data visualizations and communicate findings effectively • Collaborate with the Evaluation Team on data tracking and interpretation
• Master’s degree in data science, statistics, social work, psychology, or related field preferred • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in public child welfare • Demonstrated experience working with data analytics, data architecture, and database systems • Knowledge of SQL queries and data dashboards • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
