📋 Description

• This is a remote position within the United States. • The future of data is happening at Adstra. • Come join our growing team. • We are seeking an Sr. Data Management Analyst, to join our Data Operations team. • Our ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, possesses sharp analytical skills, is proficient in various cutting-edge toolsets, and excels in communicating with internal stakeholders. • You will be responsible for performing Merge/Purge process functions including data hygiene, data merge/purge, campaign reporting, instruction review/implementation and panel splits. • This role works with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Account Management, Marketing Analytics, and Data Processing Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience running, adjusting data processes to meet client needs. • Passion for data-driven solutions with a strong analytical mindset. • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Proficient in relational databases, ETL tools, data conversion, and file transfer protocols. • Experience with tools like Alteryx, Redpoint, First Logic is a plus. • Knowledge of Linux a plus. • Skilled in Microsoft Office, with strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills. • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines. • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Flexible and responsive to multiple urgent requests. • Familiarity with industry procedures, practices, and terminology. • Analytical and results driven with extreme attention to detail. • Strong communicator with the ability to tell the story behind the data. • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a “Team Player” attitude.
