📋 Description

• The Manager, Academic Operations works closely with university faculty and leaders in colleges as well as academic support staff to develop, plan, and deliver academic residency events. • This role directly influences the faculty/staff and student journey experience. • Collaborates on supporting branches of strategic plan focusing on unique student experiences and fostering a sense of belonging. • Monitors adherence to university policies and seeks to improve operations, practices, and systems. • Gathers and analyzes data relating to academic activities for dashboards and reports on performance. • Fosters a success oriented, accountable environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in business administration, contract management, or a related field. • 5+ years of professional work experience preferably in online higher education industry. • Experience managing or leading teams. • Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Superior written and verbal communication skills with an outstanding attention to detail. • Willingness to mentor, lead, prioritize work projects, and creatively problem-solve across teams. • Proven mastery of MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, Banner and Canvas.
