Description

• Aduro Advisors is looking for a new member to join our Customer Success team. • This person has a background in software technical support and Salesforce administration, or a desire to become a Salesforce administrator. • We are focused on providing our team with flexible hours, a respectful, low-stress culture, and providing you with opportunities to both improve your skills and grow your career. • Our system combines CRM information, fund data, documents, and works with third party solutions to create a centralized solution. • Aduro Advisor’s FundPanel Customer Success team is a remote team located primarily in the Denver/Boulder Colorado area. • We want to empower you to be your best and feel accomplished as we take our product to a higher level together.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with technical support and administration of Salesforce • 1+ years of experience working directly with customers via phone, email, and screen-share • Salesforce Admin certification or Trailhead Badges or personal projects are a plus • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution • Keen critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail • Organizational skills such as task planning and priority management • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills & any basic experience with coding or desire to learn basic coding • Ideal candidates must be self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience or interest in venture capital, private equity, and developing software solutions is a plus
