📋 Description

• Senior Project Manager at AEI’s Resilience and Sustainability groups • Conduct Property Resilience Assessments and provide recommendations • Coordinate ESG materiality assessments for commercial real estate • Requires technical writing proficiency and photography skills • Familiarity with physical hazards preferred • Conduct research regarding local laws/ordinances around carbon emissions • Manage multiple projects and travel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of previous experience performing forensic assessments of major building systems and conditions • Knowledge and experience in assessing various property types • Understand and interpret climate and natural hazard data using proprietary data sources • Knowledge and familiarity with resilience assessments, preferably with the ASTM Standard Guide for Property Resilience Assessment • Familiarity with construction best practices, general building codes • Previous construction administration, construction management, architecture, engineering or similar experience • Knowledge and familiarity with general Sustainability practices and ESG materiality assessments • Previous experience performing PCAs or related projects • Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines is a plus • Passion for being detail oriented and organized • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook • Advanced writing and communication skills • Ability to work productively and independently on multiple projects under strict deadlines
