Description

• Directly support D3 Technologies Program Manager with market analysis, capture management, and bid and proposal activities • Develop strategy to expand D3 Technologies' presence and market share • Formulate and support the communication of an integrated business development, capture, and proposal strategy • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends • Manage opportunity pipeline and identify appropriate opportunities • Coordinate product briefings and lead customer meetings • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions • Attend industry conferences and networking events • Lead capture efforts for targeted opportunities. • Manage proposal development process.

Requirements

• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge or experience with bid and proposal and capture management • Eligible to obtain and maintain secret clearance • Strong professional network within key Prime Contractor and/or Government circles • Relevant industry experience and strategic technical insight to generate opportunities • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and contracting mechanisms • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Willingness to travel as needed.
