📋 Description
• At Aerolab, we design and develop digital products that solve real problems, collaborating with companies across various industries and regions. • We focus on creating exceptional user experiences by combining design and technology while working in a dynamic, creative, and results-driven environment. • We’re looking for a Head of Operations to join our team! 🚀 • This role lead our Project Management team, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and scalability of our digital projects. • This role is essential in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement, impacting both client experience and business profitability. • You will work directly with the COO and collaborate with Design and Engineering Directors to optimize project execution.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in Project Management, with experience in digital agencies or digital products. • Proven experience leading teams, mentoring, and optimizing processes. • Advanced English proficiency (fluent communication with US clients). • Strong strategic leadership, ability to set priorities and improve operations. • Experience with audits and certifications (ISO or others). • Familiarity with project management tools and strategic planning.
