📋 Description

• The TENx10 Director of Operations will provide leadership and collaboration with the Senior Director of Systems & Strategy in the development and implementation of a cohesive operational and organizational strategy • Ensure smooth internal team operations and systems, and be responsible for organizational administration and fiscal management • Support work for organizational priorities: recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise project staff and contractors as necessary • Cultivate operational excellence that ensures team health while promoting efficiency and effectiveness • Create, develop, and maintain strong and simple workflow processes for the organization • Collaborate with TENx10 Executive Director, Senior Directors and additional Directors to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies for resources, partnerships, and training • Work closely with TENx10 Senior Directors and manage TENx10’s major gifts and grant deliverables • Provide reports on finances and support to the Sr Director and Executive Director on fiscal matters • Oversee the contract and invoicing submissions and processes, which includes drafting contracts, approving payments, and optimizing team workflows • Serve as the main liaison for Fuller’s support departments such as the Office of Finance and Administration, Human Resources, Legal, and Information Technology Services

🎯 Requirements

• MA in a related field required; PMP and/or MBA preferred • Bachelor or master degree in business administration, organizational leadership, non-profit management, or comparable degree (or minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading a business or organization) • 10-15 years of operational experience • Experience in ministry to youth and/or families, and/or in a denomination or ministry training organization preferred • Demonstrated experience in leading within a fast-growing organization, particularly with sustained growth of at least 10% per year for more than five years • Experience developing offerings suited for a changing landscape of church and culture • 5+ years of experience in African American, Asian/Asian American, Pacific Islander, Latino/a, or ethnically and racially diverse ministry to youth, young adults, and/or families preferred, including demonstrated excellence in leading efforts of inclusion and equity • Strong technical skills required including the ability to learn, build and help the team to utilize new systems • Strong relational skills and ability to build relationships, manage teams, and work effectively with diverse staff • Excellent communication skills required, by phone, email, social media, and in person • Ability to write clearly and effectively an absolute must. • Experience in customer relationship management • Broad computer and Internet knowledge and skills required; experience with Salesforce CRM software preferred • Experience with AGILE or other project management tools preferred • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment—the ability to initiate, prioritize, maintain, and complete both short-term and long-term projects simultaneously • Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, initiating, and show a strong level of strategic thinking • Servant leadership and a team attitude are vitally important to the work ethos of TENx10
