🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Operations and/or Strategy, with experience leading teams of 40+. • Experience scaling operations at a high-growth SaaS company or a tech-enabled business. • Proven track record in developing and executing operational strategies that drive efficiency and business growth. • Strong analytical skills, with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools to drive performance improvements. • Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams. • Track record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth.
