• SafeRide Health is seeking our first Director of Growth Operations. • Responsible for establishing and scaling Growth Operations function. • Serve as project owner for all RFPs/RFXs—particularly government and MCO proposals. • Collaborate with Sales Executives to qualify opportunities and identify win themes. • Develop and maintain knowledge repositories and proposal templates. • Track key indicators (turnaround time, on-time submission rate, win-rate). • Design and refine sales processes to improve pipeline quality. • Partner with Finance to create compensation structures aligned with company goals. • Evaluate, implement, and optimize systems that streamline workflows. • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to align on growth strategies. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and playbooks.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field). • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Growth Operations, or RevOps, including direct responsibility for RFP/RFX management. • Proven track record with government/MCO RFPs is essential. • Strong financial acumen, experience with pricing strategy, and familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools. • Advanced proficiency in Excel (or Google Sheets) for modeling and analytics. • Previous exposure to healthcare, health-tech, or transportation-tech is a plus. • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives to completion. • Strong leadership presence, with the capacity to influence decisions at all levels of an organization.
