Description

β€’ Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and direct mail. β€’ Contribute to the creation and editing of content for marketing initiatives. β€’ Assist in the design and production of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital advertisements. β€’ Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. β€’ Provide logistical and onsite support for trade shows and regional events, including booth setup and staffing. β€’ Coordinate promotional activities such as meals and giveaways for events. β€’ Support the field marketing and events team in organizing state and regional custom events aimed at promoting customer retention and acquiring new business. β€’ Track and analyze key marketing statistics using CRM systems. β€’ Assist in post-event follow-up and analysis to evaluate the success and ROI of trade show efforts. β€’ Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics, including leads, conversions, and campaign influence. β€’ Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure consistency in marketing messages and strategies. β€’ Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project statuses and outcomes.

Requirements

β€’ 2-4 years of hands-on experience with all aspects of event support, budget coordination, logistics, vendor negotiation, and marketing. β€’ A strong background working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, creative/design, and operations to achieve messaging and planning to execute a well-detailed event. β€’ Strong empathy towards others with the ability to create and nurture relationships across multiple teams. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effectively able to communicate with other business leaders and the C-Suite level, and maintain long-term relationships with internal teams, prospects, and vendors.
