Requirements

• ~10+ years of software engineering experience, at least 3+ years leading teams. • Comfortable troubleshooting across network, application, caching, queuing, load-balancing, storage, and distributed services. • Expert in one or more OOP languages and modern OOD, some experience with Ruby. • Ability to diagnose and improve performance issues systematically. • Ability to contribute to technical strategy and roadmaps on product-oriented teams. • Communicate nuanced ideas clearly in writing and brainstorming. • Strong ownership instincts and attention to detail. • Strong convictions, weakly held; assume validation and iteration for best results. • Excited to work on a cross-functional team with product stakeholders and subject matter experts.
