Description

• Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers flexibility to buy now and pay later without hidden fees or interest. • As the Director of TechOps Excellence, you will drive transformation across Technology organization. • You will influence senior technical leadership to foster connectedness and enhance efficiency through strategic initiatives. • Lead efforts to implement change management processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 10 years' experience in engineering or product management of technically complex products. • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies and experience contributing to designing technical architecture. • Proven experience in operational transformation, change management, or a similar role within a technology-focused environment. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills. • Deep understanding of process improvement methodologies and designing scalable solutions. • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
