📋 Description

• Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. • We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the design of Incentive Compensation programs across all areas of Affirm’s business. • This role will own and maintain a design process that delivers effective incentive compensation programs. • The ideal candidate will draw on deep experience in incentive plan design to create plans that are clear, motivational, and that drive the right behaviors to serve our customers and merchants, deliver on key business goals and support our pay for performance culture. • This role sits in Total Rewards.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience, with at least 7+ years in Compensation • 2+ years experience with incentive compensation design in a fintech or financial organization. • Proven, highly-successful experience collaborating with Senior Leadership in the Business, Finance, Legal and People functions. • Progressive experience with increasing levels of responsibility in identifying, consulting, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions. • Deep subject matter expertise, including trends, thought leadership and practical hands-on design work. • Ability to think strategically and creatively from philosophy through to execution. • Highly skilled at analytics (advanced Excel skills at minimum), data visualization, planning, process efficiency, organization, critical thinking, and delegation. • Excellent business acumen and judgment; strong team orientation with collaborative style; able to maturely handle sensitive and confidential information.
