📋 Description
• We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented leader to drive Samsara’s NPI planning process • You will lead a team that owns product lifecycle support and new product introduction • The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing product lifecycles • You excel at partnering across the organization • This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except certain Metro Areas. • You want to impact industries that run our world. • You’re energized by our opportunity to digitize large sectors of the global economy. • You will be surrounded by a high-calibre team that supports each other.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant analytical field (e.g. finance / economics / mathematics / computer science / data science) • 10+ years experience in forecasting, demand planning, financial planning, or similar function, with at least 3+ years directly managing teams • Proven ability to attract and hire top talent • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others • Exceptional communication skills • Excellent team player • An inquisitive mindset to business challenges • Familiarity with NPI launches and previous experience with Product and Engineering teams • Overall understanding of levers that drive free cash flow and gross margin.
