• A coachable, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn. • Available to work weekends. • Must enjoy cold calling and speaking to people all day. • Must enjoy doing cold outreach on social media platforms. • Excellent communication skills, including listening and facing conflict head-on. • Excellent at building rapport. • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and rapidly grow. • Open to learning new processes in sales. • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time. • Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Manager. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Experience as a real estate investor is preferred but optional.
