📋 Description

• Highlight is the first and only end-to-end agile product testing platform. • Responsible for driving company enablement across the organization. • Focus on managing enablement operations and collaborating with leadership. • Partner with cross-functional leaders, create resources, and document processes. • Lead engaging and impactful sessions across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, program management, business operations, or a similar role in SaaS or a tech environment. • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving accountability across teams. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a focus on clarity and engagement. • Tech-savvy mindset with experience using enablement platforms and tools. • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
