β€’ Granicus is driven by the excitement of building, implementing, and maintaining technology that is transforming the Govtech industry. β€’ We are on a mission to support our customers with meeting the needs of their communities. β€’ A Proposal Manager is responsible for proposal development including maintaining schedules, organizing resources, coordinating inputs and reviews, ensuring bid strategy implementation, resolving internal team issues, and providing process leadership. β€’ Proposal Managers leverage previous responses and templates while coordinating and soliciting input from cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of experience as an RFP Manager or writing, editing, and coordinating responses to RFPs/RFIs, including government bids (federal, state and local). β€’ Experience directly supporting a sales organization, experience in managing a library of information that can be accessed and used easily. β€’ Experience working within a technical or engineering organization/knowledge of the high-technology industry is an asset. β€’ Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines. β€’ Excellent team player with ability to motivate cross-functional teams. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing for sales/marketing needs in a technical environment. β€’ Experience leveraging CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce) required. β€’ Strong project management skills, able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion. β€’ Strong interpersonal relationship building skills. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve to well-judged decisions. β€’ A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization. β€’ Professional Certification in Proposal Management (e.g APMP Professional Certification) is highly valued
