• Point B is a business innovation firm that takes the guesswork out of transformation. • We engineer your future by combining advanced technologies and industry expertise to help you reimagine your business. • We're consulting done different. • You will lead the strategy, design, implementation, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs. • Your expertise will drive decisions regarding salary structures, bonus programs, and sales incentives. • Play a key role in enhancing Point B’s employee experience and business success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. • A minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation management. • A minimum of 3 years working with employee benefits. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the professional services or consulting industries, and job architecture. • A minimum of 5 years of experience designing and managing sales incentive programs. • Sales incentive experience including partnering with Sales executives to diagnose behaviors and business outcomes. • Managing the design and financial modeling of sales incentive designs in collaboration with Revenue Operations and Finance teams. • Experience working in employee benefits including annual renewals, vendor selection and management, and benefit plan design. • Exceptional knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and applicable laws. • Top-tier analytical skills. • Excellent communication, initiative, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in compensation software and HR information systems, preferably with Workday Advanced Compensation. • Certification in compensation preferred (e.g., CCP)
