📋 Description

• As a Senior Manager of Resource Management, you will serve as a key member of our Central Operations team, responsible for providing accurate staffing resources for our internal teams at Wpromote. • You will collaborate with our sales, talent, finance, and key organizational stakeholders to meet staffing and client demands. • The Senior Manager understands the employee skill sets and experience necessary to execute effectively across clients, industries, and channels. • This is a growing department at Wpromote, where you have the opportunity to recommend and implement new strategies, innovate, and develop solutions in collaboration with our Operations team!

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with sourcing and deploying internal resourcing within an Advertising Agency. • A proven track record of establishing strong relationships with internal teams. • The ability to provide accurate and detailed reporting to the leadership team to maintain the balance of supply and demand. • Ability to improve both internal operations and the business, bringing an eye for general improvements across the organization and a willingness to take on challenges beyond the direct role. • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and efficiently problem-solve situations. • Demonstrated leadership capability and a desire to mentor less experienced members of the operations team or cross-functional teams. • Strong time management and project management skills. • Strong proficiency in G Suite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and managing large data sets. • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
