• Partner with account managers and assigned retailers to plan, submit, and oversee the execution of promotional programs for our brands. • Serve as the primary promotions lead for designated retailers, fostering strong relationships with brands and account managers, ensuring alignment on promotional strategies. • Manage annual promotional planning in collaboration with brands, account managers, and retailers to drive effective programs. • Continuously improve processes, troubleshoot challenges, and address concerns in partnership with the broader Green Spoon team. • Accurately document and organize all vendor commitments in the appropriate shared company folders for transparency and tracking. • Maintain and optimize company tools and resources to support internal teams and clients, ensuring efficiency and accessibility.
• Great attention to detail & highly organized • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Solid understanding of retailer pricing & discounts required • Previous natural foods & grocery experience required • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
