• 3+ years of program management experience, ideally for people-related programs and/or at an organization that has scaled beyond 2,500 employees (you’ll need to create and execute on project plans, stakeholder management, communications, etc.) • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with 2+ years managing and analyzing data, ideally people or program data, with intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills (e.g., creating pivot tables, lookup functions, and visualizations). • A continuous improvement mentality. You recognize that “perfect” is not an end state, and continually drive for program improvement grounded in end-user feedback and/or industry insights. • Strong communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex information and a passion for helping Affirmers resolve system issues, find the information they need, and feel confident about their next steps. • A collaborative team player who steps in to support team and organizational success, taking on tasks and responsibilities as needed to drive meaningful outcomes.
