Description

• The Client Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, consultants, brokers, and partners. • This role involves developing and implementing strategies to maintain and enhance client satisfaction, including collaborating with internal departments to meet client needs. • The Client Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth. • They analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement and maintain strong relationships built on trust and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required (PharmD preferred) • Relevant experience for at least three (3) years in pharmacy - health plan, managed care, or pharmacy benefits management (PBM) experience preferred • Prior account management experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Microsoft Excel • Detail oriented, consultative, strong presenter, excellent communication & organization skills, ability to bring stakeholders together to identify solutions to challenges • Client management skills, pharmacy benefit knowledge, effective and creative problem solver • Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize while managing through change • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily • Ability to travel and present to small and large groups • Travel estimated not to exceed 25%
