• AffirmedRx is on a mission to improve health care outcomes by bringing clarity, integrity and trust to pharmacy benefit management. • The Vice President, Union Health Solutions will spearhead AffirmedRx’s partnerships with Taft-Hartley groups and labor organizations, delivering tailored pharmacy benefit strategies. • This role demands a seasoned professional with deep union expertise, healthcare knowledge, and a proven ability to build meaningful relationships within the labor community. • Establish and nurture partnerships with Taft-Hartley groups, unions, and related organizations. • Develop strategies to address the specific needs and challenges of labor organizations, ensuring alignment with the AffirmedRx mission. • Act as a trusted advisor to union leaders, providing consultative support and innovative pharmacy benefit solutions tailored to their membership. • Serve as a liaison between union organizations and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions. • Leverage extensive knowledge of the union landscape, including collective bargaining agreements and healthcare benefits, to craft impactful strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move opportunities through the sales pipeline, from identification to close. • Represent AffirmedRx at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements, advocating for innovative pharmacy benefit management tailored to union populations. • Provide insights from the union community to inform product development and strategic initiatives. • Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in Salesforce (SFDC).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred • 15+ years’ experience working with unions, Taft-Hartley groups, or related organizations, with a deep understanding of their structure and needs • Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits, collective bargaining agreements, and labor market dynamics • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships within the union community • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels • Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to partnership development and problem-solving • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience in pharmacy benefit management or a related healthcare field preferred • Willingness and ability to travel (up to 50%)
