• Overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, audit readiness, and compliance for Afresh. • Develop, implement, and execute accounting policies and procedures that will improve operations, and reduce risk to the business. • Ensure monthly financials are compliant to US GAAP and audit ready. • Manage compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive Accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS company or similar • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Accounting, CPA or MBA is a plus • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and its application in a corporate environment, financial reporting, audit, and compliance • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills • Proficiency in accounting software and intermediate Excel skills • Must be self-driven, highly motivated and able to perform job duties with little supervision • Must be a hands-on professional who can multitask in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to details
