📋 Description
• Reports to: Senior Director, Special Projects • POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Construction Initiatives, will be responsible for developing and leading training for Chapters and partner organizations in suicide prevention and loss support programs to save lives and bring hope to those impacted by suicide. • Critical to this role is working with the construction industry, including trade unions, other external organizations and subject matter experts to identify training opportunities and deliver new, high-quality training programs that can be scaled to reach program goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Experience and/or Training 5+ years relevant professional experience (e.g., program management, program planning and development, training, association, community-based work). Experience working in the construction industry. • Technology/Equipment Expert level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with experience presenting to partners and / or Senior Leadership.
