Description

• Supervise all clinical operations to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. • Maintain an understanding of healthcare regulations by working with the Compliance Manager to develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and protocols. • Ensure that team is equipped with necessary skills to answer patient inquiries, support telehealth services, and facilitate communication between patients and providers. • Promote a culture of continuous professional development, emphasizing evidence-based practices. • Assist in strategic planning with the leadership team, aligning clinical and operational goals with AgelessRx's mission.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid medical license. • Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine). • Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience, including leadership roles. • Extensive knowledge of healthcare compliance, clinical operations, and regulatory standards. • Experience in working in the Telehealth or Digital Health Space. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage complex operations and lead a multidisciplinary team. • Experience/Working Knowledge of the Longevity Sciences Preferred.
