β’ 5+ years leading cross-functional growth product teams in evolving a brand's acquisition experiences and strategies. β’ Experience in B2C or DTC companies is preferred but not required. β’ Proven success in developing and executing product strategies aligned with business goals, demonstrating strategic and logical thinking alongside effective planning and problem-solving abilities. β’ Track record of achieving growth targets through innovative experiences and experimentation, viewing challenges as opportunities for improvement. β’ Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, managing and influencing through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building. β’ Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and product discovery to launch and ongoing optimization. β’ Strong track record of building and managing high-performing cross-functional product teams, with an emphasis on ownership of project details. β’ An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences, informed by user insights and data analysis.
