• Lead and inspire a team of product managers • Define the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap • Deliver an awesome end-to-end customer experience • Encourage a culture of experimentation and learning • Engage in product prioritization processes • Create culture of transparency and trust • Coach and inspire your team • Develop a clear product vision and priorities • Understand customers’ needs deeply • Create a culture of accountability • Use insights to drive decisions

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Manager experience in customer-driven innovation • 7+ years of people management experience • 5+ years leading AP automation, integrated payables, and/or procure-to-pay products • Experience in customer driven innovation • Proven track record in product strategy • Strong technical acumen • Strong financial acumen • Ability to partner cross-functionally • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience building global ready or international offerings a plus • Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree is a plus
